Gothica: An Experimental Guide to Greek Script Lettering

This work was done as part of my bachelor thesis which was done in 2023 at the Cyprus University of Technology, the last year of my studies in Multimedia and Graphic Arts Department. The title of my thesis was “Design of a Greek script lettering alphabet”, where through a lot of experimentation a Greek script lettering font/alphabet was created in order to help people who want to engage in this practice, and to practice and develop their own Greek script letters.
A guide book was created to present the font/alphabet, with various exercises, applications, and examples. At the same time, small silkscreen prints were printed with various Cypriot phrases using the Gothica font, which you can find in the book, and an instagram page to promote the book and the font/alphabet.
